24″ Clear Opening Manhole Cover

The 1040 classic series is one of our most popular series of cast iron manhole covers, as it features a 24″ clear opening and many options for logos and lettering. This assembly (frame and cover) features a solid cover with diamond plate pattern.

• 24″ clear opening, 7″ frame height, 36″ base flange diameter
• The frame has four 1″ holes equally spaced on a 32 3/4″ diameter bolt circle
• EPIC® pickbar for improved ergonomics
• Watertight Level 1 (L1), with four 1/2″-13 x 1 1/4″ hexagon head stainless steel cap screws, with zinc and rubber washers and 1/4″ neoprene gasket
• Dipped with black asphaltic coating
